Headsets on
200 radio-frequency units. Every learner hears the same cue at the same millisecond. No dead air at the back of the hall.
Charlie has spent years in 1:1 coaching. People don’t leave those rooms the same. FutureFit puts that work in a school hall — 200 radio-frequency headsets, one frequency, then 12 weeks so Friday doesn’t die on Saturday.
Two school pilots already ran, with video on file. Schools and parents are welcome into that proof. We’ll put names on this site when we have written consent.

Emotional regulation, advanced mental rehearsal, breath, posture, and self-belief are standard in high-performance sport and in rooms that can afford world-class coaches. Most Johannesburg learners never get a clean first rep.
We do not think a child should have to wait until they are an adult with a credit card to learn how to steady their nervous system and actually believe they can finish what they start.
200 radio-frequency units. Every learner hears the same cue at the same millisecond. No dead air at the back of the hall.
Gamified reps: regulation, rehearsal, movement, breath, posture, self-belief. The body learns it, not just the notebook.
The live day is the spark. The online integration is how it becomes a habit instead of a memory of a loud Friday.
Teach a hall of learners to notice a spike, name it, and bring the body back online — without pretending feelings are a moral failure.
Read the drill →Learners run the difficult moment in their heads — the exam, the trial, the talk — before the real one, the way serious athletes already do.
Read the drill →Get 200 bodies moving on one cue so the room is not asked to do inner work while it is still locked in plastic chairs.
Read the drill →Shared breathing on one audio channel — the fastest legal way to change the chemistry of a school hall without a lecture.
Read the drill →Stand like the person who already did the hard thing — then keep that shape when the room gets loud again.
Read the drill →Build a belief that can survive Monday — evidence, identity, and a sentence a learner can actually say without cringing.
Read the drill →Greater Johannesburg first. Charlie delivers the opening 50 days himself — the same coach who’s been doing this 1:1 for years — while we train the next facilitators from those live rooms. If you can get us in front of the principal, HOD, or extra-murals lead, we can move.
Book a school dayMindset first, then skillset: AI, sales, marketing, SEO, finance — planned at R500/month with live teaching. Join the list. We’ll call you when the classroom is ready, not before.
Join the waitlistA gamified mindset and team-building day in a school hall. Every learner wears a radio-frequency headset so the room moves on one frequency — breathwork, mental rehearsal, posture, and self-belief work that is usually reserved for elite athletes and people who can pay a private coach.
We travel with 200 headsets, so 200 learners is the clean single-session number. Two sessions in a day can double that if the school can split the group.
R200 per learner for the live day. That fee includes access to a 12-week online integration programme after the event. The paid academy (AI, sales, marketing, SEO, finance) is planned at R500 per month and is not open yet — join the waitlist.
No. FutureFit teaches practical mental skills: emotional regulation, rehearsal, breath, movement, and posture. It is not counselling, not a clinical service, and not a substitute for a school psychologist or a medical professional.
Charlie, the founder and a long-time personal coach, delivers the first 50 school days in greater Johannesburg. Those days are how we train facilitators. The 18-month aim is 10 facilitators — that’s the plan we’re building toward.
After the live events have created a real waiting list. The first six months are for school days, curiosity, and proof. We’ll open the academy when the teaching is ready to stand on — not as a thin membership hoping people show up.
Tell us who decides, how many learners, and which hall. We’ll take it from there.
