A live mindset day in a school hall for up to 200 learners at once, every one of them wearing a radio-frequency headset so the whole grade can be coached on the same count. It runs in four phases (Inner Purpose Activation, Physiological State Control, Intelligent Mental Rehearsal and Social Intelligence Activation) to enter harmonic state together: alignment you build, not luck you wait for. Three phases close with a line the whole room says out loud. When chaos, rushing, or guessing without evidence show up, the room resets through breath, posture, and naming what pulled them off.
We travel with 200 headsets, so 200 learners is the clean single-session number. Two sessions in a day can double that if the school can split the group.

No. FutureFit facilitators are coaches, not counsellors or psychologists, and do not present as either. The day teaches practical mental skills: breath, posture, mental rehearsal, collaboration. It is not counselling, not a clinical service, and not a substitute for a school psychologist or a medical professional.
The strongest claim in the day is the breathing work: slow breathing with a longer exhale than inhale has been studied for decades across hundreds of controlled trials. Mental rehearsal, motor imagery, also has real controlled evidence on exactly the kind of movement we run. Posture and expression effects are real but more modest, and we say so. What we do not claim is that a single day permanently changes anyone.
